There have always been and will always be cannabis users, regardless of the law. We see this in France, where repression is stronger than in Switzerland: it's useless.

We then have the choice of denial, continuing with products without traceability, of dubious origin, produced with pesticides or sprayed with synthetic THC, while funding criminal groups.

Or we choose acceptance.

The goal is not to promote consumption, but to offer Swiss products of good quality, traceable, or to allow personal cultivation.

Let's remember that cannabis consumption, especially when not smoked, is much less harmful than alcohol, which, even if it's not classified as such, remains fundamentally and notably in its functioning, a drug.

But that suits the State well, because taxes replenish the coffers ;-)

I believe the result above accurately illustrates the percentage of consumers in Switzerland. Dear fellow citizens, stop using drugs; this only enriches organised crime, contributes to price increases because once the money is laundered, they don't hesitate to make you pay again, notably through very expensive rents (yes, many properties are owned by people who became rich through crime), and it only serves to widen the gap between the rich and the middle/lower class. Because those who sell drugs, don't worry, they're not sleeping under a bridge and they don't need to go to soup kitchens... Using drugs is not simply illegal to obtain a temporary good, it's contributing to the decay of our society. Invest your money differently; if you have too much, make donations to NGOs now that USAID has closed its doors.
